A great tree stands on top of a hill that overlooks the Great Lands. No deer knows how old this tree is and some say that Herne placed it there himself. Home Oak is usually where the Lord of the Herd and the Outrider Captains gather for council meetings and sometimes the herla will just wander here to graze. The Lord can be found wandering around these parts and the hill makes the spot great for Outriders to overlook the area for dangers. Around the Home Oak grows some odd plants that can be used for healing and in the time of the rut, the Lord's harem is around the oak
